1. Purpose
These terms govern the provision by Ratio Planning SLU of quantitative reports on specific real-estate assets.
2. Nature of the service
The report is a quantitative analysis based on public data and explicit assumptions. It does not constitute MiFID investment advice, legal, tax or mortgage advice, or a personalised recommendation.
3. Price and payment
The applicable price is the one published at the time of purchase, VAT included where applicable. Payment is made in advance.
4. Delivery
Indicative delivery time is up to 48 working hours from receipt of complete asset data; the report is usually generated within minutes.
5. Right of withdrawal
Pursuant to art. 103.a) of the Spanish consumer law (TRLGDCU), since the service is fully performed once the report is delivered, the consumer expressly waives the right of withdrawal once preparation begins.
6. Limitation of liability
Ratio Planning SLU's liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected report. No liability is accepted for investment decisions made by the client.
7. Intellectual property
The client receives a personal-use licence over the report. Resale or public distribution without authorisation is prohibited.
8. Law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Disputes shall be submitted to the courts of the consumer's domicile.
