Legal basis
Contract performance, consent of the data subject and compliance with legal obligations under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish LOPDGDD.
Retention
Data is retained for the duration of the service and the applicable legal period (6 years for tax data).
Recipients
Technology providers act as data processors under contract: Cloudflare (hosting and network), Fly.io (calculation engine), Clerk (authentication), Stripe (payments) and Resend (transactional email). Data is not shared with third parties for commercial purposes.
Rights
Access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to privacy@ratioplanning.com. You may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
International transfers
Where applicable, EU Standard Contractual Clauses are used.
